New kit and some eye candy

I've got a new kit in the store over at Divine Digital.  This one is called Summer Spice and is probably the brightest kit I've ever done.  I wanted something for summer with bold colors to scrap my summer photos--the ones at the pool, beach and other stuff.  Here's a preview:

You can grab it here at Divine Digital at 20% off for a limited time.

In other news, a big welcome to my newest CT members, Carolyn and Cindy.  Here are two layouts they made using the Bird of Fancy kit.  I think you'll agree, they're both super talented
scrappers.

New kit for Father's Day and a free brag book

Since I did a Mother's Day kit last week, I figured I should do a Father's Day kit as well.  I named it "Only Dad" and you can pick it up HERE.  This kit has lots of masculine colors, patterns and textures.  I really like the chipboard heart and the charm on twine.  I found that charm a long time ago and have never used it for anything (what do you use a lie detector charm for?), but thought it was perfect since my Dad always seemed to know if I wasn't telling the truth.

For this week only (until May 27), I've included a brag book made with the papers and some elements of the kit for free.  I purposely left off the father-related elements, so this brag book could be used for anything.  I also made it a little simpler than I normally do, so that people could add their own style to it.  After May 27, I'll offer the brag book in the store.  I'm going to be making these up for my Dad and fathers-in-law.  I'll post a pic when I get them done.

New kit and freebie quickpage

Hope you had a great Mother's Day. Mine was actually very pleasant. My kids made a treasure hunt for me and I had to decipher the clues in order to find my presents. I ended up with a vanilla candle, chocolates, and itunes card and some new pajamas. Pretty nice.
I was looking at some pictures of my own Mom on Saturday and started making some papers to scrap them with. I thought I'd only have a few, but a whole kit evolved out of it. I'm calling it "Angel Mother." Here's a preview of it and you can pick it up HERE at Divine Digital.com

Here's the page I ended up making with the kit:

I made a quickpage out of this one, so if you'd like to pick it up for free and add your own photos, click HERE

New Kit, new layout, and a freebie

Look at this fabulous layout from Amy--I love how she used the Space Cadet kit for something other than space layouts.

I've got a new kit in the boutique at Divine Digital.com.  This one is called "Bird of Fancy" (I really need help in naming some of my kits sometimes).  I love this kit.  It started with the little blue bird and then just expolded.  Of all the things I've designed, I think I like that butterfly tree the most.  The word art is really fun, too.  You can grab it HERE

I had a few papers and elements left over that I've put into an add-on kit.  You can grab it here for free.

Tomorrow is National Scrapbooking Day.  I hope you have a great time scrapping.  I'm going to try to get some layouts made myself.

Another CT layout

Here's another wonderful layout made by my CT.  Tara sent me this cute layout made with the Space Cadet kit.  I really like the way she used the stitched oval in the kit to highlight the shuttle launch.  Very cool.

Wonderful CT layouts

My Creative Team has made some terrific layouts this week.  This first one is by Dana A. (missrubikscube).  She used the Fresh Air kit and I love the way she used the patterned paper.
Super cute photo, too.

This next one is by Grace (MrsWilson0729).  She used the Fresh Air kit as well.  How great is that title!  I love the way she wove it in between the letters.

The last layout is by Amy K. (aekropp) and uses the Everyday kit.  I really like the way this layout focuses on the great photo.  The layout has wonderful clean lines and I love that Amy used the stitching for the stem of the flower.

I hope you're as inspired to scrap as I am.

Welcome to my new blog!

Welcome to my new blog!!  I've had a personal blog on dot mac for a while, now, but thought I should put together a digital scrapping blog, too.  My family loves to see picture of the kids, but I don't really think they're interested in my new kits (LOL).  Anyway, please excuse the mess while I figure out what I'm doing.

I put up two new kits in the store at Divinedigital.com this week.   Here's Space Cadet:

I took a bunch of photos at the Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C. over Spring Break and needed something to scrap them with, so I made this kit.  Now I just need to get scrapping.
You can find Space Cadet RIGHT HERE

My other kit was inspired by my 17 year old DS, who complained that everything I've been designing is too "girly" and he'd prefer if I didn't use it on pages about him.  This kit has lots of industrial-looking textures and patterns.  I even asked Josh to give me some slang to use in my word art, but he said most of what kids are saying at school is kind of rude, so I just used some of Josh's favorite sayings--"dawg" and "that's tight," and "whatever."  I should have done a word art using "JK" or just kidding, but I didn't know if anyone would know what that means.  My kids use it all the time.  Anyway, here's Urban Vibrant:

You can get it HERE.

Finally, here's a little mini kit called Clean and Simple that I made up as a freebie.  I hope you like it.

You can get it HERE.  The link will start downloading immediately.  Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

Have a great day!
